You don’t let the cream come to room temperature. You COOL the bowl and use cold cream and it will make butter so much faster.
Also, you should not make butter with store purchased cream. The vitamin D content is much better using raw cream.
Dat butter must be da best wit crêpes. Save the buttermilk to marinade fresh chicken ….absolutely awsome.
