The Obama administration is quietly dusting off an effort to impose new federal quarantine regulations, which were vigorously resisted by civil liberties organizations and the airline industry when the rules were first proposed by the Bush administration nearly four years ago.
White House officials aren’t saying what their rules might ultimately require. But the previous administration proposed giving the federal government the authority to order a “provisional quarantine” of three business days — or up to six calendar days — for those suspected of having swine flu or other illnesses listed in a presidential executive order.

Hi,
Nice site! and thank you for info.
I tried creating a word press blog, but its quite difficult to do. Did you do yours on special template? Apologies for my ignorance.
I think addressing the “soil” question might be a good topic also. We can have all the seed we want but without knowing soil 101, it will all go to naught.

Janya,
WordPress.com has templates you can use to create your blog. Soil is an issue, and one that I will address in the future. I need to find my information regarding weeds and how to tell what your soil needs according to the weeds it produces. Amicus sent it to me, and I filed it somewhere :)

Yes, with all the swine flu talk and subsequent fear circulating, there have been talks that if the swine flu vaccine becomes fully mandatory, those who don’t get vaxed will have to be quarantined in their homes. A quarantine period could be 3 months. That’s a lot of time to go without hitting the grocery store. http://tinyurl.com/mx4l6d
