So great. I bought a canning pressure cooker a few months ago, but was afraid to use it without a class, however, there are none in my area around Tucson. I think with these podcasts, I can muster the courage by myself.

Don’t be afraid. Just follow the instructions and very soon you will be comfortable with it. I was scared of my pressure cooker the first few times, expecting it to blow up on me any minute. It didn’t, and I use it all the time now. I wouldn’t be without it.
