We knew that CODEX was right around the corner, and here it is, live and in color. Barry Soetoro, AKA Barack Hussein Obama, Imposter in Chief, on June 10, 2010, issued an Executive Order – Establishing the National Prevention, Health Promotion, and Public Health Council. In short, the CODEX council. The entire Executive Order is attached, but please read this part and understand just what it is saying:
“Section 6 (g) contains specific plans to ensure that all prevention programs outside the Department of Health and Human Services are based on the science-based guidelines developed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention under subsection (d) of this section.”
In other words, ALL prevention programs, even those outside of the umbrella of the Department of Health and Human Services, must align with CDC guidelines, which are “science-based.” What do we take for prevention? Herbs and vitamins. Herbs that you grow in your backyard and vitamins that are not approved by your doctor do not fall under these “science-based” guidelines, and are not allowed. Therefore, this will effectively open the door to outlawing ALL disease prevention practices that use herbs and vitamins not prescribed by a doctor, and implement CODEX ALIMENTARIUS right here in the good old U.S.A. Thank you, Semra Orhon Hughes, for the heads up!
Here is the entire Executive Order:

Soooo what can we do?
June 14, 2010 at 10:51 am
Start learning, if you don’t already know, herbal remedies, and how to grow your own. Mass civil disobedience and an herb and vitamin underground is what I see happening. When our normal supplies are cut off we either do without and succumb to the agenda, or help ourselves and our neighbors by growing our own despite unlawful regulations.
June 17, 2010 at 1:07 pm
I have spent many years sudying Ayurvedic medicine and have been fighting the medical dictatorship for years now We shouldnt have to spend so much of our time defending ourselves against bullies, lets face it most bullies have a very low self esteem maybe we should put aside all our ongoing battles and insist that these people go into therapy, they have to get a grip on thier sociopathic behaviour.
June 18, 2010 at 10:41 am
Nice idea, but obviously not practical. I personally believe this behavior is coming from the demonic possession of key individuals, some of whom may have invited this intentionally, to gain power. Supporting your local church or spiritual group (as long as it has no political affiliations, or sustainable development ties) is the best thing a person can do right now. This is a spiritual war.

EXECUTIVE ORDERS ARE NOT LAWS!!! GOOGLE Executive Orders and find out what they really are and what they were/are intended to do. That jackazz in the oval office does not have the authority to dictate whatever he wants by merely issuing an E.O.
June 14, 2010 at 11:18 am
While our attention is on other things…like oil in the Gulf, flooding, ect.,he’s taking advantage of every emergency isn’t he! I’ve been getting ready for this one.
What does this to do ND’s and alternative MD’s? Put them out of business….just like he’s been doing to every other business in America?
Thanks for posting.
June 14, 2010 at 12:14 pm
I think that was the whole point of these oil disasters! Distract people with devastation and then blindside them with chemical warfare … its a travesty :(

It’s called the Hegelian Dialectic. It’s a communist method of manipulating masses of people. Look it up and become aware, and then pass it on…

Hi everybody
Barbara, to quote you and address your concern here:
“Herbs that you grow in your backyard and vitamins that are not approved by your doctor do not fall under these “science-based” guidelines, and are not allowed. ”
Actually, there is a ridiculous amount of science and further, it is logged on to the government’s very own medical database, http://www.pubmed.gov
Now as for controls coming from the CDC relating to alternative care, that is very likely and you are probably right to assert your concern. But that said, hopefully it won’t be any different than it already is. This all may be nothing newer than the old DSHEA (Diet and Supplement Health Education Act), optimistically speaking. (FYI it’s because of this that I make certain disclaimers in my articles, and why I am perhaps even over-cautious about not making claims based on the herbs’ real and proven efficacy. It does silence my free speech a bit, but I do understand the point in some ways too. More about that later, at another time).
There is a lot of science with which to rebut the CDC’s “Facts”, and a lot of high-profile physicians who would be perfectly prepared to do it.
There also is bound to be a lot of pressure and backlash from the public. Consider:
72 million Americans use CAM (Complementary and Alternative Medicine). That is about 20% of the nation. In fact, I had read in a source book that as much as 25% of the nation uses it.
Of these people, the following reasons are why people “do” CAM:
54.9% thought CAM would help
50.1% thought it would be interesting to try it
27.7% thought conventional medicine would not help
25.8% Conventional doctor recommended it (very interesting!)
13.2% do CAM because mainstream medicine is too expensive for them
(Figures obtained at an American Herbalist Guild conference)
There will be a lot of pressure from the public. One can say that politicians don’t care, but I still “hold” that the voices of the millions do have power, even if the hundreds of thousands don’t.
Best wishes, Drina

Hi Drina,
The U.K. is already under Codex:
http://www.food.gov.uk/foodindustry/regulation/Codexbranch/
Vitamins and herbs, under Codex, are considered toxic substances and should be under strict regulation.
“Many European nations are already in compliance. Until 1996, the average German citizen could buy 500 mg vitamin C tablets – or, 400 I.U. capsules of vitamin E. Today, the highest dosage of vitamin C available without a prescription is 200 mg. Vitamin E is available in 45 I.U. doses.
In Norway, citizens can purchase 2.4 mg of vitamin B1, 2.8 mg of B2, 4.2 mg of B6, and 32 mg of niacin. Any dosage for these vitamins that exceed this level requires a prescription.
In Canada, any herb making health improvement claims is classified as a drug. In Europe, the European Economic Community (EEC) has said if an herb is medicinal, it is medicine and should be sold as a drug.
The original proposals for the food code came from Germany. They were made by a panel sponsored by three giant drug companies: Hoechst, Bayer and BASF. These companies resulted from the disbandment of I.G. Farben after World War II.” (http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=30144)
We are marching towards this agenda, and if something isn’t done soon, we will lose our right to purchase doses of vitamins higher than what a hamster needs to survive other than from the local pharma with a doc’s perscription.
Logically, what you say makes perfect sense. However, a government that classifies GMOs as both substantially equivalent and patently unique at the same time does not function on logic.
June 14, 2010 at 7:34 pm
YIPPEEE!!!
CREATIVE CONFLICT!!!!
Here is the “up” side to this awful story:
No, I am not at all happy about what you are saying here. Don’t get me one ounce wrong. That said, there is a golden lining to this cloud, not even a silver one. Here it is:
New Chapter Organics has actually tested and charted it. Food-grown organic vitamins, with very low doses, equal exponentially greater amounts of their synthetic counterparts. That’s because the body simply absorbs and utilizes the whole, cultured food much better than the isolated constituent.
For example, organic, food-grown iron is 20x more absorbable by the body than the synthetic! Or was it 24x? I am quoting conservatively here. Other things were maybe 6 or 10x the absorption rate.
That means that organic, food-grown vitamins require much lower potency than the synthetics.
Further, they are not as harsh on the body, being whole foods instead of isolated “chemicals”, which is not completely accurate yet is what I also like to call them. They are not as hard on the body as chemicals for sure, not even nearly as hard, yet they are not easy on the system either. The whole food-grown vitamins have buffering elements intact, so the effect is gentle yet it goes deep. In fact, 6 mg of food-grown vitamin B is about the equivalent of 50 mg of the synthetic! So can we survive healthfully on “Hamster doses”? YUP!
HAHA! Solution found.
If food-grown organic vitamins becomes *the norm!* because of new unconstitutional “laws”, then everybody will be much better off for it. YAY!!
Best, and holding out for that hope, Drina ps there are times though, when the concentrated dose is important to have on hand, I won’t deny that. But as maintenance, the food-grown ones are much better for you.
June 14, 2010 at 9:04 pm
hello folks
In case some of you are wondering about this (How can such low doses of organic vitamins be effective, and am I just pulling your leg?) here is how it works:
A) Foods are used as the base,on which probiotics culture the desired nutrient(s)
B) THat means that the food is part-digested by the probiotics, which also aid your own digestion, thus doubly rendering the uptake more efficient
C) Further, nature has a whole in which buffering elements are intact. For example, if iron is hard on the body and is even slightly toxic (that’s right), then that’s why nature made it so that vitamin C is actually required for the uptake of iron. Vitamin C buffers heavy metals. So….if you have isolated iron as a chemical, what happens? LEss absorption, more toxicity potential, and more excreted by your body because it can’t use it, or even stored up in the bones and fat cells (even worse). So whole food iron supplements will have natural counter-balances and absorbtion aids intact, if that makes sense.
D) Is New Chapter just on a commercial campaign, with all the facts above? I will tell you the evidence why they are truth-based instead of on a commercial venture. When working in healthfood stores and an integrative pharmacy, it was clear that almost every person purchasing those food-grown vitamins (New Chapter is only one out of several companies that makes them) was benefiting. Beautifully, as a matter of fact.
Placebo-controlled studies tend to have low response rates to the placebo. As I have looked at formally-recognized studies on the government medical pages, approximately 17% of the people respond to the placebo, but the rest do not. Further, the responses to the real thing is in the high figures, if the product is working. As much as 85-95% in most cases, though some may be lower, depending on the product.
So if people are responding en masse to the food-grown vitamins, and beautifully too, it is not a placebo effect. That’s my firm conclusion, and I am very clear about it by the way. This is no hoax. It’s for real.
If we were talking about 6 mg of synthetic B vitamins as dose, it would indeed be a hamster dose. But 6 mg of cultured B vitamins from foods and probiotics, it’s a whole other story. Your body not only absorbs it better, but also uses it better.
Creative conflict, as before.
But I believe any crack-down on our free health choices is fully unconstitutional, not just illegal. And it certainly is a mass crime against the people, and nothing less. My two cents worth.
Drina
June 14, 2010 at 9:08 pm
I understand what you are saying, but am not as optimistic about this. Codex does not differentiate between organic and synthetic. With the way things are going, we might have lower quality as well as lower dosages, and then only by prescription. And add in the GMO factor in our food supply. Hopefully people will step up to the plate and actually create higher quality organic vitamins, but at what cost to the consumer?
June 14, 2010 at 9:19 pm
Hi Barbara
YOu are probably right that the cost would be higher, yes. I am sorry to say that. THough to qualify, “organic” vitamins are hereby not necessarily meant to be organically grown (though really, they should be and in virtually every case I am familiar with, they are). Instead, what is meant here is that they are not synthetic, that’s all.
As for the “legal” differentiation between organic and synthetic, the good news (or so I am hoping) is that the food-grown supplements are sold as concentrated foods, and not as vitamins. So hopefully under that re-definition, they will be able to sneak it through the door. There are clever ways of getting around “legal” definitions, and it’s been done time and again.
I am just trying to think optimistically here, Barbara.
Don’t get me wrong at all. I understand your concern very well, and share it full-heartedly. I think others here will agree with you 100%, as do I. It is a very real power grab, not (much of) a question about it. I say not “Much of” because it may also be rooted in some ignorance. Some people think that MD’s have “real” medical school training and ND’s don’t, that naturopathics aren’t strong or effective enough, etc. Sheez, not only do ND”s have “real” medical schooling (what kind of oversight-based thinking would assume otherwise anyway, eh??) but they also put 2+2 together, tracking down the interconnection between body systems that the mainstream overlooks (and thinks they are so smart in doing. WIth apologies to any MD reading this, and many get smart later after graduating med school, to mention. Based on personal experience, and education, I have no fear of publicly arguing with the mainstream med school education, at all). These people who tout the “science” just don’t understand. So they lump it all into the “Science” category, and to be honest, I have seen alternative medicine have the answers where “Science” gave up on patients. So hey, who are the real scientists anyway? Further, the alternative physicians, herbalists and other practitioners are very deeply involved in the science! Are you kidding? YOu should see the details, my god. Any doctor would be impressed, some might even have their eyes glaze over, having to think too much, even if the terminology and concepts are fully familiar to them.
HOpefully the day will come when the ignorant wake up. And it could be that this one fatal twist in the executive order is rooted in that ignorance. I won’t (and don’t) deny the possiblity either of deliberate power grabbing and undermining, not even for one second.
Even so, I want to point out that there is still light shining through the open door. Again, people have found clever ways to get around “legal” definitions, and they will.
Further, the FDA and Prez and gov’t may have a lot of lawsuits on their hands if this is enforced in the way we are thinking.
Let’s remember not to think in black and white penultimates, and hold the hope for the best. THat’s my message, and I was hoping that the facts here will give people reason for some hope. If you don’t know, you can only see the bleak reality. But that’s only part of the picture, not the whole one.
BEst wishes, Drina

Start learning about herbal remedies: I highly recommend using books by absolutely expert sources and noone less. But here is one website where there are only big-whig ND’s and acupuncturists, nutritionists, herbalists posting, it’s really reserved only for the famed practitioners to post their articles, in lay-friendly format:
http://www.healthy.net search any topic you want in the search box. The Herbal Medicine center is written by David Hoffmann, authority in herbalism.
Here are some books I highly recommend for the lay reader:
“Pocket Guide to Herbal Remedies” by Karin Kraft, MD and Christopher Hobbs. Compares the effectiveness of a herb with mainstream drugs, mentions drug-herb interactions in brief, discusses therapeutic regimens, symptoms and remedies, et al. It’s excellent.
“Healthy Healing” by Linda Rector-Page, ND has pages organized alphabetically according to symptoms, and regimens that can be done in bullet points on each page (columns for each page about food regimens, herbs, acupressure points or other body work, homeopathics et al) invaluable to have at home. A healthfood store reference book.
“Healing with Whole Foods” by Paul Pitchford is a superior education in nutrition from an east-meets-west perspective. Absolutely the best for nutrition.
The Nutrition Almanac contains a chart about nutrient contents in each food. That’s handy.
Food Combining Made Easy is important knowledge.
FOundations of Health by Christopher Hobbs contains lay-friendly information about fasting, cleansing, health maintenance from expert herbal perspective.
Herbs for Dummies by Christopher Hobbs is self-explanatory.

I also strongly suggest getting to know nutrition from whole food sources. Paul Pitchford’s book above is THE best for this. But it is an indepth education, so if you are not up for that, don’t buy his book. Yet I can only tout it as the best source to learn from, that’s all I can say.
Linda Rector Page’s book will have helpful information about nutrition too, and easier to skim through for those who are interested in that.
If we all start getting our vitamins from….rosehips, goji berries and amla fruit (vitamin C), chicken livers (iron, B complex) and other sources…if we learn to use regular probiotic-rich foods like yogurt and high-quality sourkraut…if we learn to eat good fiber-rich foods and drink lots of filtered water… then we will have fewer health problems to begin with. And therefore, fewer needs of herbs for intervention. Much as I truly believe in the herbs, and by now I hope that is obvious.

This supports my stand that we need to learn how to grow our own food and know what to grow as well as how to grow it. If manufactured supplements are not obtainable whether by regulation or cost, then we are definitely going to need these skills.
June 14, 2010 at 9:44 pm
Right on, Lady!
And I think the sooner we become nutritionally educated, the better.

It will soon come to pass that we will not be able to grow our own gardens or herb patches. Monsanto is already on their way to “helping” with that end, by sterilizing seeds so they cannot be reused. Monsanto owns lots of the small seed companies now. I guess that means that within a decade or so (maybe sooner) we’ll all be eating Meals on Wheels, courtesy of our government anal retentives.
Barbara, don’t put this on President Obama entirely. This has been in the works for ages. We’ve heard, a number of times in the past three decades, that vitamins and other supplements are going to be illegal or outlawed or become unavailable or whatever. So far it hasn’t happened, and I doubt that it really ever will, specifically since a lot of the kerrrappy vitamins (like One-A-Day and Centrum) are products of the BigPharmaz Companies. They’re not going to stand still for the loss of a buck or two.

A puppet does what a puppet is told to do. Soetoro is a puppet. Sorry, but I cannot refer to this shill as the President.
One-a-Day and Centrum are like popping cardboard, with as much nutritional value.
I agree that they will probably keep up a facade and pump the unwary full of low dosage, chemically engineered garbage “vitamins” to keep the general public placated and reap the financial harvest.
June 17, 2010 at 4:52 am
I was just wondering? where can you get seeds that will produce every year…and not altered by Monsanto?
thanks in advance

Hi Linda,
I am an affiliate of Heirloom Organics, which has the best price for quality, non-gmo seeds that I have found. Go to http://farmwars.info and click on the Heirloom Organics banner on the right-hand side.

It is a complete violation of human rights to outlaw any natural prevenative natural foods or supliments. It opens the door to even dis-allowing the rights to eat any food the Fed decides they wanat to ban.
June 23, 2010 at 9:12 pm
This is about as disgusting as it gets but I hardly think that government is going to be successful in stopping anyone who is truly interested in naturally growing plants and herbs as an alternative to the toxic (or useless) crap put out by the pharmaceutical houses.
I am a soon to be 74 year old female in excellent health. I take NO prescription medications and have rarely ever done so. I did not get to this stage of my life but stuffing myself full of medications. I don’t even take an aspirin unless absolutely necessary and I frankly can’t even remember when that last happened. All the vitamins I need are available in my “fresh” unprocessed food, as long as there is any left!!

Hi there. Sorry to see that they won through with that one over in the US. Our muppets rushed through last year, against all opposition, they even rode roughshod over Ireland to get this one through.
I am in the middle of reading Bruce Lipton’s Biology of Belief and while I know it’s not an answer to stopping the Codex it’s a real eye opener as to how our bodies TRULY operate, which will come in really handy should these *!*%*!?* that call themselves our governments win through.
I can attest to what this book says as we have had 2 major experiences in the recovery from serious illness, alongside some smaller ones, and none of them required vitamins.
Anyway guys, as I said just an additional thought, keep your chins up. Love and strength to all & know that we’re all in this together across the world. xxx
June 23, 2010 at 5:24 am
also a good informative read is
“The Spontaneous Healing of Beliefs” by Gregg Braden, this will let you know that what you believe is the real thermometer of your life. Not just conscious beliefs, but more importantly the subconscious beliefs you hold within.

From the old testiment, genesis. 29 And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. 30 And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so.
June 23, 2010 at 5:27 am
Very true, we just have forgotten it.
I’m 68 and we always had a garden, made every meal by hand, no fast food – no restaurants and we never ate processed put-together-frozen meals!
Americans need to touch the Mother Earth, dig in and heal it, and at the same time heal yourself.
June 17, 2010 at 3:01 pm
Thanks for posting this. I gave up trying to educate people about this because so many thought I was nuts and it would never happen. Stock up on herbs, vitamins and minerals. Heal your thoughts and emotions to prevent illness. Check out the German New Medicine created by Dr. Hamer, who is an oncologist. He claims that all cancer is a result of unhealed trauma. Emotional issues make you acidic, so stay alkaline with emotional freedom technique and vegetarianism. Start sun gazing, and find out about urine therapy.
June 23, 2010 at 5:39 am
You got it Right. Each and every cell in your body has a memory imprint of everything that ever happened to you.
Bruce Lipton proves this in his book
“The Biology of Belief”
Most of our thinking patterns are learned before age 5, and the subconscious absorbs these without question. (usually your parents’ stuff)
Our Earth is asking us to release emotionally held conflicts, traumas, injuries to move into a higher way of thinking.

Here are some ways we can eat vitamins in natural food form:
Rose hips for vitamin C (grow your own, make tea or rosehip soup, which is boiled rosehips that are strained through a food mill and sweetened with honey, tasty!)
Beef or chicken liver for intensive vitamin B, or mushrooms (not white button varieties, but the browner ‘shrooms like shitake or portobella or cremini)
Kale for many vitamins and minerals
Nettles for chlorophyll and many minerals
We can start to grow and eat our own way to health, without these bastards! Pardon my French….
June 22, 2010 at 9:14 pm
Heat and air kill Vitamin C. Think about that. Boiling Rose Hips will contain dead Vitamin C.
Chicken livers contain toxins from either caged chickens fed chemicals or free range chicken’s roaming the earth and eating the poisons that fall from the air.Kale is a good source of vitamins if it is grown yourself and picked right before eating.
June 22, 2010 at 9:32 pm
Hi Karen
Amla fruit contains an abundance of tannins which preserve the vitamin C from heat-based degradation. And don’t forget that vitamin C is water soluble. If you are worried about boiling it, do the old sun tea technique. You can also powder the rosehips if you are concerned. You’d have to use the mortar and pestle prior to the blender however, to remove the hairs inside the ‘hips, a lot of work but probably worth it. Tedious but maybe ultimately time-saving, would be to cut the still-fresh ‘hips in half and remove the hairs from inside. They are itchy, so do this outdoors (you don’t want them floating around your homes and settling on your carpets et al!)
As for contamination in livers, of course. But if you use free-range organics, you are likely to get less of the toxic matter than otherwise. There is no such thing as toxic-free anymore anywhere on the planet, so why close the door to a solution where there is one? I say, chicken and beef livers ahoy! For vegetarians, the dark-colored edible mushrooms are high in B complex. Go for it! —Drina
June 22, 2010 at 10:00 pm
Drina,
The sun tea method is a good idea. True–toxins everywhere–but they do accumulate in the liver–so eat the rest of the Organic chicken, less toxic. The best answer is to study everything we swallow and work to keep our body in top condition so we can over-power the toxins. Takes time, but we are what we eat.
June 23, 2010 at 12:02 am
Hi Karen
I agree with you that the rest of the chicken is less toxic than the livers. You are absolutely right.
That said, there is a lot less risk with an organic chicken. FYI whereas the American law requires that organic foods be so-raised for three years prior to being certified as organic, Whole Foods requires 7 years prior. That is a significant difference, because this assures that the water and soil quality are more pure than when cultivated for three years as organic foods (gives time for prior agricultural wastes to melt away). So while Whole Foods is very expensive, let’s be clear, it also will offer more assurance than many other organic sources. However, some farmers at the Farmer’s Markets have gardened organically for as long as 20 years or more (while others for only a few years): Just ask them.
I write as a fully recovered environmental illness patient and herbalist with a special focus in this area. There is simply no way to avoid chemical exposure in our food, even under the best of circumstances. Even plants can be contaminated with lead and mercury,as a result of unavoidable geological processes, not even from pollution (yet another source of contamination). The livers in a chicken or animal are highly concentrated in B complex and iron. And don’t forget that the liver secretes fluids which neutralize toxins, so there is protection in that organ! But it can be strained too, especially in our current environment. So, if you are quite rightly concerned about the liver as a toxin-processing plant, then the thing to do is to go with the medicinal mushrooms as said. Molasses is not a bad source of B complex and iron either. As above, go with only the organic product! (Myself, I only eat organic foods, that’s it. I will indulge otherwise when eating out, but almost won’t allow anything commercially grown into my home).
As above, the soil and water conditions are everything, concerning where these ‘shrooms are grown. If contaminated, or if there are geological processes yielding heavy metals, you can guess what you are eating. Over-head pesticide spraying, or chemtrails…shudder. Don’t even think about it. So there is still no guarantee that the plant is more pure than the animal livers. But it’s also less likely, so you are right Karen.
Routine liver cleansing is a necessity and not a luxury, given our currently chemically-BASED society.

Hello everybody
There is one aspect of this, and of the general American climate, which disturbs me.
That is, the silence and passivity of the American people.
I know it comes from a place of being disheartened, that is clear and understood. But….if we lie down and recline passively, then they win.
If we give up in despair, they have won their strategy already. Because that is just what they are trying to do, make us despair and give up.
Hey, there are about 450 Senators and a few hundred Reps. But there are 340 MILLION Americans! Now by how much do we outnumber them? About a million to one. So why are we letting these guys run us, while we sit back and sigh our helpless victim attitude?
Who is paying who? We have to remind them.
For the rest, if they really won’t listen, then there are other ways around it. How about class action lawsuits, for starters. It’s time for the Americans to stand up and fight back, in peaceful, lawful but effective ways!
How about mass boycotts?
How about concentrating on getting good people elected, to oust the bad apples from Congress?
Then work on campaign finance reform, another keystone.
Thank god the citizen watchdog groups are helping to reduce the vote fraud a lot. Join one of those groups!
There’s a lot we can do, and we must. It’s only if we lie down passively that all is lost.
“Sometimes the greatest evils are committed by the silence of good people” –Edmund Burke

Well, h last time i checked exeutive orders would go out of existance if Congress didn’t vote on them. We’re in the process of trying to get people in there to do something about it. Let’s not panic, but do something.

You are all naive if you believe that party politics has anything to do with the economy. Greed,..particularly corporate greed, at every level,..and in both parties,…is responsible. Our party system is broke in this country. And that is a fact. Corporate America owns our government,…the parties serve one purpose,..to distract, a smoke screen to make people believe that our system is actually still working. But it’s not. Wake up! The Jerry Maguire movie character’s line sums it up,..”Show me the Money”,..if you look at financial records for both D’s and R’s,..you would know they all take money from the exact same corporations and special interests. Stop blaming people that are nothing more than well paid puppets,..and see it for what it is. Vote ALL of these leeches OUT and let the new ones know that if they don’t do what is good for us….’WE THE PEOPLE’ they won’t get a second term!! All this finger pointing isn’t going to do a thing for us.

Big surprise, not really.

NULL & VOID!
June 22, 2010 at 12:47 pm
You think you can really VOTE them out? What a joke! Diebold and ESS can change an election result in the twinkling of an eye! If you don’t believe me, I live in Nebraska and one of our Republican politicians actually got 5,000 votes in a town with a 3,000 population! Even the dead must have voted!
June 22, 2010 at 4:51 pm
Hi Cat
You are right. But there is one piece of hope here. That is, that citizen watchdog groups have been fairly effective in blowing the whistle on vote fraud, and thereby reducing it. Transparency is everything, and criminality does not like to see the light of day. It sounds like you are very on top of this already, but for anyone who hasn’t already done so, to join such a group is to be part of the solution. It won’t end the problem, but can put the pressure on and *reduce* the incidents, not eliminate them.
It’s important to oversee the vote counting at the centralized (federal and state) levels, according to Victoria Collier, because here is where the thefts are done in good earnest because there is no oversight.
Another piece of hope is that when the Press was so into announcing the strength of the Democratic elections upcoming (frankly I think they are all part of the same problem, except that they didn’t vote for the torture bill where the Repubs almost unanimously did, I checked the Congressional record)…. the theft level went down and the Dems won. The press itself, however, is a big part of the problem with vote theft and we have to put our focus there too. See the article by Victoria Collier, called A Brief History of Election Fraud in America (google the title/her name and it will come up).

Let me get this straight.
BHO (aka BS) is authorized to do this under what law?
BHO can have my vitamin C when he shows me his LFBC (long form birth certificate).
Until such time as he disposes of this fundamental constitutional issue of his authority to act as President which enables him to lawfully create and execute the executive order, the order is not valid.

Evil men! Why, why, why did americans put this man in office?! Look what’s happening to this great country of ours.
Soros and Obama symbolizes money and power to control our people with their strange and unnatural ideologies. The truth was there all along. Instead americans chose to be divided worshipping the rule of men instead of laws that are just for the people. Only God can help us now.
November 19, 2010 at 3:38 pm
@Rosa, This didn’t just start. This goes way back; decades. And, to clean house would mean an internal war, I am sure. How are you going to get the the system to change? Getting involved in politics. That doesn’t mean just on voting days. You have to really network, read and participate. Dedicate at least one day a month throughout your whole life to write letters, visit your local politicians, etc. We are way to used to getting spoon fed. It’s time to grow up America!

Many speak conspiracy, but to the few that are willing to believe, what the Lord does say, simply that everything that happens is caused by the will of God, to fulfill His Word, the Word that He spoke from the beginning. The problem is that man through their own pride really believe that they can do as they will, even to the subverting of God’s will, not at all true, just a perversion taught through the religions of man. Clearly, God works all things after His will. God has created all things, even the evil to humble mankind, and will continue until He has finished refining mankind. This, that is occurring now is but another step toward His plan, to bring man into bondage so He can deliver man again, showing His power in the earth.
Eph 1:11 in whom also we were made a heritage, having been foreordained according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his will;
Lam 3:37-38 Who is he that saith, and it cometh to pass, when the Lord commandeth it not? Out of the mouth of the Most High cometh there not evil and good?
Amo 3:5-6 Can a bird fall in a snare upon the earth, where no gin is set for him? shall a snare spring up from the ground, and have taken nothing at all? Shall the trumpet be blown in a city, and the people not be afraid? shall evil befall a city, and Jehovah hath not done it?
Php 2:12-16 So then, my beloved, even as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling; for it is God who worketh in you both to will and to work, for his good pleasure. Do all things without murmurings and questionings: that ye may become blameless and harmless, children of God without blemish in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom ye are seen as lights in the world, holding forth the word of life; that I may have whereof to glory in the day of Christ, that I did not run in vain neither labor in vain.
Job 12:6-10 The tents of robbers prosper, And they that provoke God are secure; Into whose hand God bringeth abundantly. But ask now the beasts, and they shall teach thee; And the birds of the heavens, and they shall tell thee: Or speak to the earth, and it shall teach thee; And the fishes of the sea shall declare unto thee. Who knoweth not in all these, That the hand of Jehovah hath wrought this, In whose hand is the soul of every living thing, And the breath of all mankind?

I am 25 years old. Three years ago I could have cared less about what was happening in this country. Three years ago I suddenly woke up to politics, health and the backsliding of our nation. Ever since-I have planted several gardens and fruit trees, began taking maximum strength vitamins, called grocery stores about Codex, handed out leaflets on key issues, and became involved.
I am disappointed that the city I live in shot down a plan where we could raise our own chickens, so for now I can only access organic produce and not meat (growth hormones and antibiotics are scary!). This world is in great trouble, and I agree that God is our only hope in these trying times.

Hi Ricky!
Thank you for weighing in with us, and for *all* that you are so motivatedly doing! Good for you! And so sorry to read about how disheartened you feel, at your young age. It’s understandable though, and here is what I want to say: That eventually, and hopefully, the system will correct itself. Things may have to get worse before they get better, because people don’t “get it” and when they finally do, things will be pretty bad. But that is all the more why people may and probably will rebel. There is a huge strength in numbers such as 340 million Americans, and being educated in the freedom model, Americans will eventually stand up, once they wake up and “get it”. Again it may take a long time before people wake up from their collective denial, but they will. Chin up and courage! Best wishes, Drina
ps and there is a lot we can do to publicize the cause. You are doing that already, and bravo!!! Just make sure you don’t burn out yourself in the process, and keep your spirits refreshed. I think we all have to do that, especially nowadays.

Some of the larger organizations that are supposedly “fighting Codex” will not admit that the Codex council has been implemented, and are coming out with articles in rebuttal to my findings. I believe that this is because they have too much to lose if their followers think that Codex is being implemented right under their noses and they didn’t say anything about it. Besides, how will they keep getting donations to fight Codex if it is here already? Don’t be a sheeple and just go along with whatever the big guys say. Research for yourself. The key wording is “science-based.” I will be doing a follow-up article linking “science-based” guidlelines in the new E.O. with the definition as outlined by Codex and how the CDC takes its guidelines from the U.N. and Codex.

Heya Barbara!
Well guess what. You are living testimony to the fact that Goethe’s saying is true:
“Let the dogs bark. They are barking because you are riding” (your horse, while the hounds get agitated and pursue with vocal hullabolloo). It’s a sign that you are a truth warrior and the hounds are sniffing your trail. Good! It means that the truth is coming out. And you have scared them. YAY! Good job, Barbara! We all need to scare them some more, in peaceful ways such as you have done, and then things will change.

Through our Health Freedom Action eAlerts, thousands have emailed the White House occupant telling him that if he thinks a committee of bureaucrats, advised by professionals, will enhance health care, those experts should at least include some actual preventative health care professionals.
So we’ve presented the White House with a list of some people for that Advisory Group, as the Ex Order calls it:
http://www.healthfreedomusa.org/?p=5959
Please add your voice and your favorite nominees to advise the White House that preventative medicine does not include vaccines, preemptive antibiotics and the usual Big Pharma toxic brews…

Hi Barbara,
I support the use of natural remedies and herbs as much as possible. However, there is absolutely no hidden conspiracy here to put any one of us out of business.
BTW: Read what you have quoted. You will find no reference to Codex Alimentarius in it. The only reference is to CDC, which has nothing to do with Codex.
Please, educate yourself before saying these things. I have been following Codex Alimentarius for the last thirty years. This order is not about Codex, it’s not about Obama being a “communist”, and it’s not about putting ND’s, OD’s, or any other naturopathic health practicioner out of business.
Wake up,
September 1, 2010 at 10:31 am
Hamilton,
Quite frankly, I am a bit surprised that you have not made the connection. Suggest that you read this article:
CODEX ALIMENTARIUS: The Elephant in the Room that They Don’t Want You to See
Like most international agreements, the regulations are to be implemented through national laws and policies that incorporate or otherwise accommodate the regulations’ various provisions, minimum requirements, and limitations….
http://www.cdc.gov/ncidod/eid/vol3no1/plotkin.htm
Just in case you missed it, I’ll say it again. The information in the quote above came directly from the CDC.gov site. You know, the agency that is supposed to develop those “science-based guidelines” in Soetoro’s Executive Order – Establishing the National Prevention, Health Promotion, and Public Health Council. THE CODEX COUNCIL.

HealthFreedomUSA.org has an action item telling the Prez to include real CAM practitioners on the advisory board for his bureaucrat council. Do we expect that to happen? Not likely, but by taking this action we show the White House that we are aware and watching…

Hello Ralph
Thank you so much for stepping forward with your concern about this! I do know that Obama had CAM practitioners on his advisory board, because I know one of the docs personally and also Andrew Weil, MD served on the Board, as did the esteemed doctor Dietrich Klinghardt. I don’t know what became of that or what the current status is though, and Barbara’s article here will be living testimony to the facts, with the clause in the executive order which overthrows the at first seemingly good cause. The doc who I know personally expressed a feeling of disappointment in this regard, saying how the implications of consulting CAM doctors had led them all to hope in the best. Maybe Obama himself favors it, but powers that be had to get in there and throw in a monkey wrench, and he *thinks!* he has to bow to them (boo!) Putting pressure on anew never hurts, but I would also suggest we keep an eye on Washington regarding any twists or turns in the system which will inevitably be taken, given a rather long list of evidence that Big Pharma is campaigning to dominate and even end CAM’s existence. They even tried to make it illegal and a Federal Prison matter to quote the scientific studies about herbs and nutrients and foods! Fortunately a DC District Judge ruled the matter unconstitutional and said that the bias “was clear from the start”. We need to keep an eye out and raise a hullaballoo. I say this for the sake of peoples’ own freedom of health choices, not merely for the sake of holistic medicine itself. People have a right to choose, but Dr Mercola posted an article saying that even that was refuted by our very own FDA, which said that people never did have a right to choose their own health matters or have control over their own bodies! Can you imagine? I am looking for the article and will post about this, stay tuned. –Drina

This may be the actual legislation:

A quick reading tells it’s still in committee. Not sure about that, or how it relates to the later executive order.

Liz,
The way I see it is that the E.O. set up the managerial council. S.510 would set up the framework for implementation of the rules and regs. It’s all working towards implementation of Codex.
