Eating raw foods is the best way to get the most nutrition from your meals. When I first heard of this, I thought, yeah, right – how boring. Eating salads and carrots and such for every meal sounds unappetizing and dull. Little did I know that there is a whole style of “cooking” that does not use an oven to bake or boil the nutrients out of our food, and is diverse and delicious. Shown are two methods of drip irrigation for your container garden. The first is a standard system shown in the following video.

Next is a rather inventive pop bottle irrigation system from the Chicago Garden at Chicago Now.

Use a 2 liter pop bottle, or whatever size is right for your container. Poke  small holes in the bottom, fill with water, then screw the cap back on to keep bugs and debris out of the water reservoir. Place the bottle in the soil and it will slowly water your plant. You can place rocks in the bottle to keep it from blowing away when it is empty.

There are three questions that everyone must consider:

1. Is a vaccine necessary for this so called swine flu?

2. Is a vaccine that is already being used for this H1N1 flu safe?

3. Does the federal or your state government have a legal right under the U.S. Constitution to sic their dragoons on any American who refuses a flu vaccine?
